Oolong tea

Our Oolong teas come from the Fujian province in China. Fujian produces two different styles of Oolong. We are proud to offer both styles which come from Wuyi Mountain and Anxi County.

Wuyi Mountain, considered a sacred refuge, has long been known for it’s naturally occurring, superlative quality of tea plants. The Yuan Dynasty, recognizing the ideal tenets of Feng Shui, established an imperial tea garden next to the mountain in the 13th century. Wuyi Mountain produces the rock style Oolongs. We offer an organic variety of Da Hong Pao, which is considered one of the four most famous Oolongs from Wuyi Mountain.

Anxi County is in the southern region of Fujian province, and has been producing tea for over a 1,000 years. Anxi County is most famous for Ti Kuan Yin Oolong. We offer an organic variety of Ti Kuan Yin Oolong, which is one of the most highly celebrated and most consumed teas in all of China.
